Questions Upgrade payment scam?

This is more than a month I made payment of $250 for upgrade membership and up til now nothing has been done on my account. Is this a scam or what. I do not understand why?

The forum is using cryptocloud.plus for payments, so it's automated, you can't really track it, sorry, my fault

The relevant thread says it all. Donations and the like ONLY through your account on this forum. Nowhere else. No sappports and tg channels. It's a scam. That's where it's done.
