I need someone to please tell me where to find updated information on how all these leaks are obtained.
There are many. I know it's hacking or XSS injection, but is it hacking aimed at stealing data? Or how do they get so many cookies from people?
To then extract these ULPs?
Is there a forum that has information on this?
I'm not the most experienced, but I have knowledge of hacking, Python, Linux, malware, etc., but I'm out of ideas.

You gotta learn terminology e to get what you're trying to find.
It's Cookie stealers, Token Grabbers, and drainers if you're trying to grab accounts, or just snatch passwords n get databases you need to have knowledge of how a website stores its data.
