I think it's maybe a honeypot.

I can't go on it with secured browser (I got 502). If you look at the whois datas, the registrant-email can be found on a stealer log. So it's an another honeypot.

At this day, any announcement was made by BF's staff.

breach-forums.st is an clone from us, avoid it ! the official domain is breachforums.st - but at the moment of speaking offline. we will probably relaunch on july 1.
