Http/s Best residential proxies

Sup everyone

Was wondering what are the best providers for residential proxies? I need to scrape a large quantity of users and it seems they have configured a CloudFlare waf that triggers after at most 15 reqs, therefore i would need to use at least a pool of more than 3000 residential proxies.

I'm willing to pay but will need to know why is it a good service and, I have encountered certain "services" that say it's residential but it is not, so my operation is compromised, for this i will have to test some of those residential proxies.

But you could look into trying to get the origin IP of the server.
Again, you might have already done this. Sorry if this information is unnecessary.

Unfortunatelly that becomes a problem really fast, specially with pools with millions of IP addresses, also when the scraper is in need of a lower response time. If you check for each IP then you'll face a bottleneck really fast, and is not an scalable solution.
