Looking for CAS.org Chemical and substances Database

Hello everyone,
I'm currently searching for access to the CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) database from You must be logged in to see this link. for research & development (R&D) and educational purposes.

If anyone has any db, files , recommendations, guidance on institutional access, or possible alternatives for academic use, I'd really appreciate your input.
