When I click on that link it immedietly prompts me to login or create an account. I'm unable to bypass this login prompt on my tor browser. When I try to create the account it tells me I need to spend money to browse anonymously. I find this confusing, I thought rutor was free.

I'm currently trying to find the file through another rutor mirror. Am I doing something wrong?
