Questions I'm Premium Member Kicked Out Of Private C-H-Annel.

After returning home from a 2-month trip abroad, I discovered that I'm no longer in the private c-h-annel. I've messaged the administrators privately but they're not responding. I don't know what to do.Can anyone help me???
