Finding My Own Data.

So as you can see I want to find my own data, for example I went on haveibeenpwned.com to see if my email is in any breaches, and it is in the deezer 2019 leak.
With this information, I am currently downloading the CSV file and dump and was wondering the fastest way to search through it to find my data.

a fast way would be cat "file.csv" | grep "your-email@provider.com"
