For anybody stopping by this thread....there are currently 110 peers and no seeds...it is stalled at 1.03GB of the 17.61....if somebody can seed it there will be plenty of connectivity

Yes...I tested it too and it works and returns results. But the csv has has 209,595,668 accounts which is not the same number reported in the original release (about 211M, see the link to the haveibeenpwnd website)
