Questions cant post, fourm marking my post as spam why ?

I am trying to post this post for my 534,000 US insurance data base which basically contains

• First Name, Last Name, Address, Date of Birth (DOB), Email, Phone Number, Policy Number, Coverage, Monthly Payment
• SSN Accessible via Client Portal: You can log in to the company website to access their SSN.

for pretty cheap starting @35$ per record upto 15$ per record but I have tried multiple times even editing it the fourm just marks me as spam for some reason in the big database section
